Insurance and Fees
Our services are provided by Licensed Psychologists (LP), Limited Licensed Psychologists (LLP), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) and Limited Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LLMSW). We bill insurances and also offer a cash rate. Reduced fees are offered in certain circumstances and based upon need.
While we are happy to provide you with information regarding how sessions are billed and session fees, directly contacting your insurance company is the best source of information regarding your benefits.
We are in-network with the following insurances:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Medicare
We are able to bill most other insurances as an out-of-network provider. These insurances include, but are not limited to the following:
- ASR Health Benefits
- Cigna
- Cofinity
- ComPsych
- Connect Care
- Core Source
- Priority Health
- Tricare (select providers)
The insurances we are unable to accept include the following:
- Any HMO
- Blue Care Network
- EAP
- Golden Rule
- Medicaid (including Molina or MI-Child)
- Optum
- United Health Care/United Behavioral Health
